At St. John’s students are assessed by innovative methods, through Project works, Assignments, Activities, Field Trips, Surveys etc. and their learning outcomes in and through theses shell be evaluated. The performance of each student is analyzed and evaluated and necessary steps are taken for continuous remediation to avoid learning gap. CCE is followed in letter and spirits in the rationally designed Academic planner both for Scholastics t and co-scholastic activities.

- At SJEMS, we endeavor to bring out the concealed true potential of each Student by encouraging him/her to participate in the project Works, Competitions, Excursions, Social works, Awareness Drives, Co-activities and self-development sessions etc.
- Inner talent of the students are expressed through the co-curricular Activities (CCA) such as Song, Dance, Essay Writings, Elocutions, slogan writing, drawing activities half every Saturday throughout the academic session.
- Subjects like Yoga, Drama, Music, Arts and Crafts that makes the curricular integrated and holistic.
- Along with the traditional inter house competitions selected students are sent to take part in District level and state level National Competitions.
- Open House Competitions, Sports Meet, Educational Excursions and open-mindedness to discover their true talent and inject into everything they do with boundless creativity.
- Morning Assembly Provides a regular platform for the children to enhance their inquisitiveness and develop the qualities like reading, Rhymes, Recitation, Speech, Sanskrit slok etc.
- Wall magazine is another platform to express their Literary, artistic skill and Scientifics Zeal.
- Inculcating true values and open mindedness, the children are encouraged to participate festivals of Religious and National and Environmental importance.
- Seminar, Group discussion, Mock-Interviews, Student Cabinet, Nature expedition are conducted regularly for senior classes for their personal grooming.
- Yoga, Karate and Aerobics practiced under special guidance of trainer help the children in maintaining self-discipline.
Club: The following clubs are functioning in the school for civic awareness drive, interschool meets, participation n social work, observation of important national and international days for board outlook of the students and better exposure to their inborn qualities.
All the co-scholastics activities are organized by the house master who is in charge of different club activity functioning in school.
Science and Arts Club: Exhibition and Olympiad.
Sports Club: Annual Sports meet, inter and inter school competition and participating state and Nationals meets.
